To mark the 100th issue of the ‘Flimkien’ magazine, the March issue includes a CD in Maltese entitled ‘Għinni fin-nuqqas ta’ fidi tiegħi’ (Help my unbelief). This production also commemorates the Year of Faith and is intended to serve as a practical help for personal prayer during Lent. The CD includes sixteen excerpts from the Gospel according to St Mark with brief reflections after each text. The March issue also contains simple instructions on how to make best use of the CD

The CD was produced and recorded at the Media Centre. The Għaqda Biblika Maltija version of the Bible text was used, while the music was selected from the CD ‘Icons’ composed by Margaret Rizza, and used by kind permission of Kevin Mayhew Publishers.

The first issue of ‘Flimkien’ goes back to December 2004, and the magazine has been issued each month ever since. ‘Flimkien’ is published by the Malta College of Parish Priests and is distributed in 124,000 households. The objective of the magazine is to divulge Christian and positive human values among Maltese families in an attractive and accessible way.

‘Flimkien’ is available not only in printed form but also online on the Church in Malta’s website www.maltadiocese.org. An audio version is available each month either on CD which can be obtained from one’s parish priest or accessed through RTK radio website. As from March, ‘Flimkien’ will be available also in large type format, also available from one’s parish.

The Editorial Board and the College of Parish Priests would like to thank all contributors, readers, graphic designers, printers, distributors and whoever in any way has contributed towards the success of ‘Flimkien’. They would also like to thank all advertisers without whose financial support this publication would have never reached this milestone.

The Editorial Board and the College of Parish Priests are committed to continue making ‘Flimkien’ an important help in divulging Christian and positive human values.
