PONTIFF DENOUNCES CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, PEDOPHILIA

Benedict XVI is speaking out against the crimes of child pornography and pedophilia, and is underlining the need to fight these evils through a solid formation of conscience. 

The Pope stated this today during his traditional meeting with the cardinals, archbishops, bishops, and members of the Roman Curia and of the Governorate of Vatican City State, for the exchange of Christmas greetings.

The re-evangelization of the secularized world requires a recovery of the sense of the sacred, says the preacher of the Pontifical Household.

Capuchin Father Raniero Cantalamessa offered this suggestion today during the last in his series of Advent sermons that he has given in the presence of the Pope and the Roman Curia.

On Friday, 17th December, 2010, Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. attended Joseph Calleja’s Christmas Charity concert at the Divine Mercy Sanctuary, Naxxar.
