From Wednesday till Friday, Spiritual Development in Schools (SDS) will host interactive sessions for children aimed at enticing curiosity, wisdom, hope, gratitude and a sense of wonder. After listening to three different stories, children will be invited to write a prayer or questions to God on post-it notes which will be placed on a bubble-filled tube, symbolising their thoughts and prayers rising to heaven.
On Saturday and Sunday, the Malta Bible Foundation and the Diocesan Children’s Commission (Kummisjoni Djoċesana Tfal – KDT) will organise interactive storytelling sessions featuring Bible stories tailored for younger children, and another for older ones.
Author Lara Fenech will also invite children into a new world of dreams, gentleness and spiritual comfort through her new publication, ‘When I Grow Up: Heidi’s Show and Tell’.
