Fondazzjoni Sebħ launches its first residence with aftercareservices

Fondazzjoni Sebħ, an entity of the Church in Malta, officially launched The Manor – its first transitional residence for youth leaving care. Since the formation of the aftercare services in 2023, the team have been supporting youth in preparation for this transition and even after they have moved to the community.

The opening of the first semi-independent residence is an important milestone for the service as this space aims to welcome youth leaving care who are pursuing education and employment… Read more »
