TA’ PINU TITULAR PAINTING RETURNED TO ITS SANCTUARY IN GOZO

On Friday, 23 April, 2010, Archbishop Paul Cremona OP led the Pilgrimage with the Ta’ Pinu titular painting to its sanctuary in Gozo. The Basilica of Ta’ Pinu, being a Marian Sanctuary has been given the Goldren Rose by Pope Benedict XVI himself at the Floriana Granaries on Sunday 18th April, 2010.

Christians were invited to accompany the titular painting of the Madonna ta’ Pinu during a carcade from the Mosta Parish Church towards the Sanctuary of Ta Pinu in Gozo… Read more »

This past weekend I had the joy of visiting Malta for the nineteen hundred and fiftieth anniversary of Saint Paul’s shipwreck and his three-month sojourn there. I am deeply grateful to the civil and church authorities, and to all who received me so warmly. ‘THE BIBLE AND ITS MESSAGE’ NEW COURSES

The Malta Bible Society is organising 6 new Bible Courses between May  and June 2010.  The aim of these courses is to help in the better understanding of the Bible and its message.

The themes of the courses vary to suit everyone’s needs.  The lecturers are experts in their subjects.
