    9.00 a.m.      The Archbishop addresses new teachers and LSAs employed with Church Schools, during an induction seminar at St Agatha’s College, Rabat.
    11.00 a.m.    The Archbishop meets Fr Joseph Grech, the Archpriest of Siggiewi, at the Curia, in preparation of the Pastoral Visit to be held in the parish.
    5.30 p.m.      The Archbishop presides over a Caritas Council meeting, at the Curia.
    7.00 p.m.      The Archbishop inaugurates and blesses an exhibition about the Roman Inquisition in Malta, at the Inquisitor’s Palace, Vittoriosa.

    10.00 a.m.    The Archbishop celebrates Pontifical Mass on the occasion of the anniversary of Malta’s Independence, at St. John’s Cocathedral, Valletta.
    5.15 p.m.      The Archbishop presides over the installation of Fr Anthony Cassar as Monsignor, then celebrates mass during which Fr Cassar is also appointed Archpriest of Mdina.
