A new edition of the Ecclesiastical Directory for 2013 with over 530 pages of updated information in Maltese and English about the organization, including structures and entities of the Archdiocese of Malta, has just been published.

The Directory includes detailed information about the number of parishioners and families; Masses on Sundays and Feast Days, as well as during the week; processions; the names of the religious associations and movements represented in the various parishes; the number of Baptisms, First Holy Communions, Confirmations, Marriages and Funerals held in the previous year in every parish; and small churches or chapels where marriages can be celebrated.

The Directory includes two separate lists of all diocesan priests in Malta and Gozo together with their contact details; information about Maltese priests, religious and lay people giving service to the Church in other countries; summarized information about events in the Archdiocese in 2012; and a section about the Diocese of Gozo and priests in Gozo.

The 2013 Ecclesiastical Directory has been edited by Mgr. Joe Magro and can be purchased for 15 Euro from the Archbishop’s Curia, the Catholic Action Bookshop at the Catholic Institute in Floriana, from ‘Media Centre’ Blata l-Bajda and the ‘Emmaus’ Bookshop, Birkirkara.
