The human resources team of the Archbishop’s Curia – Archdiocese of Malta has been awarded the HR Quality Mark on Friday 12 November 2021 at the FHRD HR 2021 Conference. The award was launched and is administered by the Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD).

By means of the HR Quality Mark, FHRD encourages work organisations, irrelevant of their size and sector, to assess their HR practices. The award, which is obtained after a rigorous process, acknowledges organisations that place HR at the centre of their operations through the implementation of various policies and strategies, amongst them recruitment, selection and talent management, compensation, benefits and total rewards, employment and industrial relations, performance management, information systems, and training, learning and development.

The HR Quality Mark presented to Dr Rebecca Gatt, HR Director, during the 2021 FHRD’s Annual Conference, endorses the Archbishop’s Curia – Archdiocese of Malta’s commitment to strengthen and improve its HR practices and to constantly seek to ensure that its staff members are provided with the right work environment and development opportunities.
