TWO NEW CANDIDATES FOR THE PRIESTHOOD

On Friday 24th February 2012, Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. will preside over a concelebrated Mass during which two seminarians will ask the Church to accept them officially as candidates for their Ordination to the Diaconate and the Presbiterate. This celebration is being held at Ħal Għaxaq Parish Church at 6.30pm.

This Wednesday, the Universal Church enters the liturgical period of Lent; the 40 days of fasting, prayer and almsgiving, that lead us towards Easter. CARDINALS PREPARE FOR TOMORROW’S CONSISTORY

Day of prayer and reflection before the Concistory

Friday morning, in preparation for Saturday’s consistory, the members of the College of Cardinals and the new cardinals-elect, including Mons Prospero Grech, met in the Vatican’s New Synod Hall for a day of reflection and prayer, presided by the Holy Father.
