140 migrants die in deadliest shipwreck of the year

At least 140 migrants aboard a ship headed towards Europe drowned off the Senegalese coast marking the deadliest shipwreck recorded this year, the UN International Organization for Migration (IOM) said in a statement on Thursday.

Three new candidates for the priesthood

Three seminarians, who are currently in their fifth year of studies at the Archbishop’s Seminary, will ask Archbishop Charles Jude Scicluna to accept them officially as candidates for the Ordination to the Diaconate and the Priesthood.
