The Foundation for Theological Studies, under the Archdiocese of Malta, is offering ten scholarships to support individuals seeking to pursue part-time studies in theology, ethics and pastoral fields through the Faculty of Theology at the University of Malta.

These scholarships aim to encourage further academic and spiritual formation in key areas of religious and ethical education. The available scholarships are as follows: €800 for applicants enrolling in the Diploma in Religious Studies or the Diploma in the Appreciation of Ecclesiastical Heritage; €1,200 for those applying for the Postgraduate Diploma in Pastoral Psychology; €2,000 for students pursuing the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Theology or a Master’s degree in Bioethics, Environmental Ethics or Theology.

All courses are part-time and held during evening hours.

The deadline for scholarship applications is 6October 2025.
