Archbishop welcomes back Summer Volunteers

Archbishop Cremona greeted volunteers on their return from the summer projects, at this year’s edition of the Volunteer’s Homecoming in Our Lady of the Sorrows Chapel, Pietà. With the assistance of nine sending-organizations, this summer, over 500 young people took part in missionary and voluntary work in 13 countries around the world.
The volunteers shared their enthusiasm and experiences with the archbishop who, in turn, thanks them and commended them for their valuable efforts. Later Mons. Cremona led the volunteers in thanksgiving prayer and adoration.
Volunteers’ Homecoming 2013 was hosted by YouthFellowship with the co-ordination of the Commission for Youth within the Church (KDŻ).
