The Grace of Christ transformed Peter and Paul – Pope Francis

    • Peter and Paul were “transformed” by the God’s mercy, Pope Francis said at his weekly Angelus address on Sunday.

      The Church in Rome, the Pope noted, has always celebrated a single feast for the two great Apostles of Rome. “Faith in Christ made them brothers, and martyrdom made them one,” he said.

Presentation of the ‘Instrumentum Laboris’ for the next Synod Assembly in October

  • On the 26th of June 2014, a press conference was held in the Holy See Press Office to present the Instrumentum Laboris of the 3rd Extraordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops (5-19 October 2014) which will focus on “pastoral challenges to the family in the context of evangelisation”.
