Year Theme for Youth Launched

Archbishop Paul Cremona officially launched the new Year Theme for Youth, with Mass at St Joseph the Worker church, Birkirkara on the 1st of December. The theme for 2013-2014, given by Pope Francis to all young people is “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” (Mt 5,3)
In his message, Archbishop Cremona spoke of the significance of the verse today, and encouraged young people in their mission for a more authentic world.
The Theme Launch was organized by the St Joseph the Worker Liturgy Team, with the co-ordination of the Commission for young people (KDŻ).
