On Thursday, 25th November, 2010, Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. blessed a new statue of Pope John Paul II at Saint Vincent de Paule residence. The statue is the work of Michael Bonnici who works in the block name for the late Pope. Currently 144 residents are making use of the services offered in this block at Saint Vincent de Paule.
The Parliamentary Assistant within the Ministry for Health, the Elderly and Community Care, Peter Micallef showed the Archbishop around Block Pope John Paul II which has been especially set up for patients suffering from dimensia.
