The St Jeanne Antide Foundation (SJAF) has just published a new book that holds within it a detailed account of how the SOAR Service evolved from a small support group to a fully-fledged national service.

The book, that is sponsored by RA1SE Foundation, was launched on the 10th anniversary of SOAR on the 23rd November 2022.

The book is aimed at researchers, university students, university faculties, NGOs, family welfare agencies, practitioners, legal practitioners, police officers involved in supporting women victims of domestic violence, shelter workers, care workers, volunteers and women experiencing intimate partner violence and domestic violence. The hope is that these individuals read it and learn more about the programme and its evolution.

SOAR MALTA is a truly unique PEER MENTORING service which is transforming the lives of survivors of domestic violence.
