Message by Archbishop Charles Jude Scicluna
It is a privilege for me to address all the staff at Mater Dei hospital, the administration of the hospital, but also the doctors and consultants, the nurses and medical staff who are doing a wonderful job in a very difficult time.
I understand that these are extraordinary times that demand so much from each and every one of you. I would like to assure you of our constant support, admiration, but also prayers. I remember at times how difficult it can be for you because of the tensions that arise, the pressure that you have to give the best in difficult circumstances, but also the fact that some of you have to be away from family and friends to do your job and do it well.
Please be assured of our prayers and I willingly impart on all of you my pastoral blessing. God bless and thank you.
