On Tuesday, 2nd March, 2010, Msgr. Guido Marini, Master of Pontifical Liturgical Celebrations, arrived in Malta from the Vatican. Msgr. Marini held a number of meetings with the organizers of the Pope’s visit, especially with those involved in the liturgical celebrations. Msgr. Marini and his entourage met with a group of seminarians who will be involved in the Mass service, celebrated by Pope Benedict XVI on Sunday 18th April. Other meetings were held with organizers involved in the singing during Mass and with the directors responsible for the broadcasting of the Pope’s visit to Malta. The visit will be aired not only on Maltese stations but also on the Italian national station and other stations around the world.
