Archbishop Scicluna leaves Malta for the mission entrusted to him by Pope Francis

  • Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna will leave Malta today on a mission entrusted to him by His Holiness Pope Francis. The Archbishop will visit New York and Chile for a number of private meetings. Mgr Scicluna will return to Malta on Sunday, 25th February 2018.

A new Judicial Vicar for the Metropolitan Tribunal of Malta

  • Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna has appointed Rev. Brendan Gatt as the new Judicial Vicar for the Metropolitan Tribunal of the Archdiocese Malta, effective from the 7th January 2018, feast of St Raymond of Peñafort, patron saint of canon lawyers.
