Pope Benedict XVI has appointed Fr. Joseph Bonello O.F.M. (Franciscan Province of Saint Paul the Apostle – Malta) Coadjutor Bishop of the Diocese of Juticalpa (Honduras), until now parish priest of Santa Ana de La Libertad in the Diocese of Comayagua.

On Friday and Saturday, 19 and 20th November, 2010, as part of the celebrations for Christ the King , various activities were organized with the participations of adolescents and children.

Benedict XVI will visit his native Germany in 2011, which will be the third time he will have visited his homeland since the beginning of his pontificate in 2005.

Pope Benedict XVI has said the use of condoms is acceptable in exceptional circumstances, according to a new book. He said condoms could reduce the risk of HIV infection, such as for a male prostitute, in a series of interviews given to a German journalist. But he said a more humane attitude to sexuality, and not condom use, was the proper way to combat HIV infection… Read more »
