- Għada, is-Sibt 9 ta’ Mejju 2015, fil-11.30 a.m., l-Arċisqof Charles J. Scicluna ser iżur iċ-Ċentru tal-Għoti tad-Demm fi Pjazza San Luqa, Gwardamanġa. L-Arċisqof ser jiltaqa’ mad-diriġenti u l-istaff tas-Servizz Nazzjonali tat-Trasfużjoni tad-Demm, kif ukoll ma’ persuni li ser ikunu qegħdin jagħtu d-demm, fosthom saċerdoti u reliġjużi. Waqt din iż-żjara l-Arċisqof ser iżur ukoll il-laboratorji l-ġodda tal-ipproċessar tad-demm.
  
  Bejn għada u l-Ħadd, il-Lifecycle, it-Transplant Support Group u s-Servizz Nazzjonali tat-Trasfużjoni tad-Demm qed jorganizzaw attività bil-għan li jiġbru l-flus b’risq il-pazjenti morda bil-kliewi, biex iktar nies jirreġistraw u jkunu donaturi tal-organi wara mewthom, u biex fl-istess waqt iħeġġu aktar nies jagħtu d-demm…

Pope Francis has composed a special prayer for the Jubilee Year of Mercy which will run from 8 December 2015 to 20 November 2016. In the prayer, the Holy Father entreats the Lord to make the Jubilee of Mercy a year of grace so that the Church, “with renewed enthusiasm, may bring good news to the poor, proclaim liberty to captives and the oppressed, and restore sight to the blind.” Below, we publish the text of Pope Francis’ prayer:

- Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna has appointed Mgr Carmelo Zammit as Judicial Vicar. He will succeed Mons. Arthur Said Pullicino, who has submitted his resignation on reaching the age of eighty.
