On December 6, 2011, Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. visited Saint Elias College, a secondary school run by the Carmelite Friars. The Archbishop was welcomed by the Provincial of the Maltese Carmelite Province Fr Michael Farrugia O.Carm. and by the College Rector Fr Jürgen Cucciardi O.Carm., who led the Archbishop to the College’s yard, where the student waited for his arrival. The Archbishop spoke to the students in their classrooms, and later celebrated the Eucharist with the Form 2 students who earlier this year received the sacrament of Confirmation.
