Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna will leave Malta today on a mission entrusted to him by His Holiness Pope Francis. The Archbishop will visit New York and Chile for a number of private meetings. Mgr Scicluna will return to Malta on Sunday, 25th February 2018.
The Communications Office would like to inform the media that the Archbishop is not in a position to give comments or answer questions related to this mission.
In the absence of Archbishop Scicluna, the Vicar General, Mgr Joe Galea Curmi, will assume the leadership of the Archdiocese of Malta.
