A day of prayer and fasting to safeguard life

The people of our islands have always been and still are pro-life from its beginning to its natural end.

While our MPs are discussing the so-called Act to protect Embryos, Aid to the Church in Need (Malta) feels that, in this circumstances, the Maltese need to reflect more together like brothers, but above all we must ask the help of God to illuminate the hearts and minds of all those responsible for this Act.

Thus, tomorrow, Friday, 25 May, a day of prayer and fasting is being held for this intention.

People of good are urged to participate in their own way on this day so that MPs will find a fair solution which respects the life and dignity of embryos. The chief value of mankind is human dignity.

Aid to the Church in Need (Malta) is organising an hour of adoration for this intention. It will be held tomorrow, Friday, 25th May 2018 in Good Shepherd church, Ħal Balzan, between 3:30pm and 4:30pm.
