Celebrating 60 years since the founding of St Paul Missionary College

St Paul’s Missionary College in Rabat celebrates sixty years since its foundation, which first welcomed students on 3 October 1964.

As part of the celebrations, Archbishop Charles Scicluna visited the school, where he celebrated mass, engaged in a Q&A session with the students and participated in a dialogue with the staff. Seminarian André Psaila from Christ the King Parish in Paola, was instituted into the Ministry of Lector by Archbishop Charles Scicluna during a Mass celebrating the Word of God Sunday and the Feast of the Conversion of St Paul at Mdina Cathedral.

Seminar for Pre-Candidates

From Friday, January 24th, to Sunday, January 26th, 2025, eleven pre-candidates attended a seminar at Dar Betsajda. The seminar, titled LinkedIn, included various activities designed to help participants deepen their self-awareness, connect with one another, and collaborate as a team.

This Sunday, the Evangelist Luke presents Jesus to us in the synagogue in Nazareth, the town where He grew up. He reads the passage from the prophet Isaiah announcing the Messiah’s evangelizing and liberating mission. He then says, in the general silence: ‘Today this Scripture has been fulfilled’ (cf. Lk 4:21).
