The Lord brings only wealth – Bishop Galea-Curmi

“Il-Mulej dan!” (Ġw 21:7) Dan hu l-kliem li qal id-dixxiplu l-maħbub, fl-Evanġelju skont San Ġwann, kliem li bih jistqarr li Ġesù huwa ħaj.

Pope at Audience: Are you disposed to let Jesus change your heart?

Dear brothers and sisters, good morning!

After having seen, two weeks ago, St Paul’s personal zeal for the Gospel, we can now reflect more deeply on the evangelical zeal as he himself speaks of it and describes it in some of his letters.

By virtue of his own experience, Paul is not unaware of the danger of a distorted zeal, oriented in the wrong direction… Read more »

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the papal encyclical Pacem in Terris, on the 25th of April at 19:00 at the Archbishop’s Curia, the Justice & Peace Commission is organising an expert-panel discussion on how Malta’s neutrality can serve the cause of peace.

Malta’s Constitution defines Malta as a “neutral state actively pursuing peace, security and social progress among all nations by adhering to a policy of non-alignment and refusing to participate in any military alliance.” This neutrality clause was introduced in 1987… Read more »
