The Diocesan Youth Commission (KDŻ) is marking 30 years since its foundation in January 1983. The Commission is the official entity within the church responsible for youth ministry in Malta.

Over the years the Commission has introduced new trends and perspectives in the service of young people. Pope Benedict XVI has asked Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, president of the Pontifical Council for Culture, to lead his Lenten retreat Feb. 17-23. Tana attacks

On Saturday 19th January 2013, Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. celebrated Mass organised by the Cana Movement, for couples married during 2012, at St. John’s Co-Cathedral, Valletta.

Pope in St Peter's Square

Pope Benedict XVI appealed for an end to conflicts around the world on Sunday.
