Il-Kummissjoni Ġustizzja u Paċi tal-Knisja f’Malta tingħaqad mal-Kummissjoni Djoċesana Żgħażagħ biex turi t-tħassib tagħha dwar dak li ġie rappurtat fil-media, dwar l-attakk vjolenti fuq żewġ tfajliet minħabba l-orjentazzjoni sesswali tagħhom.

Il-Kummissjoni tikkundanna bla riservi dan l-attakk u kull forma oħra ta’ diskriminazzjoni fuq bażi ta’ sess, razza, ġeneru, orjentazzjoni sesswali u reliġjon.

TENS OF THOUSANDS ‘MARCH FOR LIFE’ IN WASHINGTON

March for Life in Washington

Tens of thousands of pro-lifers marched to the American Supreme Court yesterday to mark the 39th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision that legalised abortion throughout the United States. The “March for Life” has been held every year since 1974, a year after the landmark Supreme Court ruling. NEW ARCHPRIEST FOR SENGLEA

Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. has appointed Fr Ivan Scicluna as the new archpriest of Senglea.

Fr Ivan Scicluna was born in Tal-Pietá on 24th March, 1970. He received his education at St Giovanna Antida Primary School, the Junior Lyceum in tal-Handaq and Gan Frangisk Abela School in Msida. He continued his tertiary education in the Institute of Health Care and later in the Faculty of Theology (Philosophy and Theology) at the University of Malta… Read more »
