On Monday 14th March, 2011, the Young People’s Forum was held at St James Cavalier Music Room, discussing the impact of Social Media on contemporary society. The event brought to a close a discussion process that started in November last year when young communities engaged in a debate on the issue.

Bishop Marcellino Taiji Tani of Saitama is affirming that life is a gift from God, as his country suffers from the effects of a 9.0 magnitude earthquake and resulting tsunami.

Benedict XVI is renewing his spiritual closeness to the people of Japan in the wake of a 9.0 magnitude quake and resulting tsunami that left more than 1,600 dead and some 10,000 missing.
