• The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is being held between today, Sunday 18th, and Sunday 25th January. The aim of this week of prayer is to overcome the differences which separate the members of different Christian Churches. This years’ theme will be “Jesus said to her: ‘Give me to drink’” (Jn 4, 7).

      An Ecumenical Service will be held on Thursday 22nd January, at 6.30 p.m., at the Capuchins’ Church, Floriana. Bishop Charles J. Scicluna will preside over the service.
