On Tuesday, 5th November at 6pm, a Mass will be held in St Paul’s Cathedral in Mdina, offered for the repose of the souls of priests and religious who have departed this life within the past year.
This Requiem Mass is held each year on the first Tuesday of November and serves as a solemn remembrance of our brothers and sisters who dedicated their lives to the service of the Lord and others. At the beginning of the liturgy, the names of priests and nuns who entered eternal life since last November will be proclaimed.
The Mass will be presided over by Archbishop Charles Scicluna. Provincials and priests are invited to join in concelebration, while religious sisters and the lay faithful are encouraged to participate in this prayerful intercession.
