Prayer to Our Lady of Lourdes translated to Maltese

The prayer to Our Lady of Lourdes, Act of Entrustment to Our Lady of Lourdes, was translated into Maltese by Michael Caruana. The prayer was printed on the back of a prayer card with the image of Our Lady of Lourdes and is being distributed by the Sanctuary’s information centre in Lourdes.

Michael Caruana, author of the book “Pass, Pass f’Lourdes fil-Madwar” – a collection of information and experiences, and tour leader of pilgrimages to Lourdes since 1988, translated this prayer to Maltese and was printed on the back of a prayer card.

This is the first time in the history of the Sanctuary of Lourdes that a prayer in Maltese is being distributed. Hundreds of Maltese journey to Lourdes every year in organised groups or on pilgrimage alone for three or four days.
