On Wednesday, 3rd February 2010, on the occasion of the year dedicated to priests, the College of Parish Priests modified the Candlemass celebration. Parish priests and priests attended for the celebration which took place at the Divine Mercy sanctuary in Naxxar. Vespers were celebrated by Archbishop Paul Cremona OP who also shared his reflections on this occassion during which the Presentation of Our Lord in the Temple is celebrated. This event fostered in the priests a sense of sacrifice to offer their vocation and life to God for the service of all brethren. The parish priests also offered their service and responsibilities in their respective communities in unity, love and respect towards the Archbishop.
