LARGE CROWDS SWAMP THE ROADS OF SENGLEA FOR THE PILGRIMAGE OF CHRIST THE REDEEMER

On Friday, 12th March, 2010, Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. led the Lenten penitential pilgrimage with the Miraculous Statue of Christ the Redeemer. This statue boasts a widespread devotion in the Maltese islands. After the pilgrimage, the Archbishop celebrated Mass at the Senglea Basilica.
