EMIGRANTS TO VISIT THE PRESIDENT OF MALTA

The Emigrants Commission of the Church in Malta will be organising a visit for emigrants who will be in Malta on holiday, to His Excellency The President of Malta, Dr George Abela. This visit will take place on the 3rd August, 2011. Programme will commence at 9.00 a.m. at Dar l-Emigrant, next to the Upper Barakka Gardens in Valletta, where emigrants will have the opportunity to watch the multivision documentary ‘Sacred Island’.

The programme will proceed with a visit to St. John’s Co-Cathedral. A bus will be provided from Valletta to Sant Anton Palace in Attard where the emigrants will have the opportunity to meet Dr George Abela.

Those willing to have lunch at the Presidential Palace can do so at the newly refurbished Presidential Kitchen Garden.
