St Helen’s Collegiate Chapter, in collaboration with the Foundation for Theological Studies and Discern (Institute for Research on the Signs of the Times), is holding a Public Forum to commemorate the Edict of Milan in the year 313 by Emperor Constantine.
The speakers at the forum will be: Professor Sergio Tanzarella of the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome (313: From the Meeting at Milan to the Edict at Nicomedia and a Historical Perspective. Sources for a Religious Politic which inaugurated Constantinism) and Rev. Dr Hector Scerri of the University of Malta (The Lasting Relevance of ‘Dignitatis Humanae’ of Vatican Council II).
The Forum will be held on Friday 26th April, at 7.00 p.m., at St Dominic Savio Oratory, St Julian’s Street, B’Kara. The public is invited.
Moreover, an interesting Exhibition with the title 313 Kostantinu has been set up at the Cathedral Museum, Mdina. The exhibition is open from the 19th to the 30th April (Entrance: Monday to Friday 9.30 a.m. – 4.45 p.m., and Saturday 9.30 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.). The entrance to the exhibition is free.
