In order to celebrate the Feast of St.Francis, the Franciscan Fathers, together with the Hamrun Local Council, are organizing an evening of song, food and games on Saturday 17th September 2011 and 8p.m. On Sunday 18th September 2011 there will be the blessing of animals at 10 a.m. in front of the Church. At 8.30 a.m. the Scouts’ Band will begin and at 9 a.m. mass will be celebrated.
