The Society of Christian Doctrine (MUSEUM) is an association of lay faithful founded by St. George Preca with the aim of teaching the Catholic faith to children, youths and adults.
The acrostic MUSEUM, Magister, utinam sequatur Evangelium universus mundus, expresses St George Preca’s prayer, “Divine Teacher, may the whole world follow the Gospel”.

The Male Section of the Society has centres practically in all parishes of Malta and Gozo and is also found in Australia (1952), in the United Kingdom (London, 1988), in Kenya (Ruiru, 1989), in Albania (Korçë, 1993 and Durrës, 2016), in Perú (Lurin, 2003 and Carabayllo, 2017), in Poland (Poznan, 2010) and in Cuba (Santa Clara, 2011).
