Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. has appointed Fr Keith Bonniċi as the new Parish Priest of Iklin.
Fr Bonniċi, from Hamrun, was born on 1st November 1970. He attended Stella Maris School, Balzan and the Minor Seminary in Rabat.
He spent twenty years in Scotland where he led a monastic life for eleven years. He was ordained to the priesthood on the 6th November 1995… Read more »
Archbishop Paul Cremona on Saturday 25th September, 2010, embarked on a Pastoral Visit to Mgarr. This is the second year of the programme of pastoral visits which are spread over a period of five years. The primary scope of these visits is for the Archbishop to meet people living in the parish and all those who offer their services within the Church. During the month of September the Franciscan Province of St. Paul the Apostle has shared three important joyful events.

A Learning Centre sponsored by the Voices Foundation was inaugurated at the Caritas Malta Therapeutic Centre at San Blas on Wednesday, 22nd September, 2010. This gives Caritas state of the art facilities to raise the level of education of clients undergoing programmes of rehabilitation from drug addiction, and for the training of staff.

Benedict XVI is sending a promise of prayers for the 100th anniversary celebrations of Catholic Charities USA, which reaches out to 9 million people every year.

Malta has contributed to Fostering Epilepsy Care in Europe report just published by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the two international epilepsy organisations, the International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE) and the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE).
