CHURCH LEADERS JOIN PROTESTS TO HALT INDIAN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

Church leaders in Maharashtra have added their voice to a movement opposed to several proposed nuclear projects in the state, including what would be the largest nuclear power generating plant in the world. “We don’t want a Chernobyl nuclear disaster or Fukushima crisis to happen in India,” Bishop Alwyn Barreto of Sindhudurg told the Asian church news agency UCA News April 28. Men and women of all ages and nationalities have sent personal stories to www.karol-wojtyla.org — a website run by the Diocese of Rome dedicated to the late pope’s beatification and canonization. ADMISSION OR EXCLUSION OF ADVOCATES FROM THE ECCLESIASTICAL TRIBUNAL

Without referring to any particular case, the principles for the admission or exclusion of advocates from the Album of an Ecclesiasticcal Tribunal are taken from these documents.
