MSSP ORATORY PASTORAL PROGRAMME

Fr Martin Cilia, on behalf of the MSSP Oratory, Birkirkara, wishes to invite all those who are interested for an Advent retreat on Sunday 27th November from 9am to 1pm.  This activity is one of the initiatives which resumed in October and will go on until June 2012. CANA MOVEMENT ANNUAL ASSEMBLY

The Cana Movement held the annual Assembly for those couples who lead the various marriage preparation courses throughout parishes in Malta. This was held at the Archbishop’s Seminary, Tal-Virtu’ on Saturday 5th November 2011.

THE ARCHBISHOP VISITS CATECHETICAL CENTRES IN RABAT

On Monday 31st October 2011, Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. visited the Catechetical Centre at the Dominican Sisters in Rabat as a continuation of his pastoral visit. He later visited the boys’ section of the M.U.S.E.U.M. in Rabat. Finally, the Archbishop met the members of the Catechetical Commission of Rabat parish.

NEWSPAPERS STILL IN STYLE FOR CATHOLICS

A majority of Catholics still prefer to get their news about the Church from weekly print newspapers, according to a report published recently by the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA), based at Georgetown University.
