Pope prays for persecuted Christians and calls for dialogue

  • Pope Francis has appealed to international and local leaders to take action to protect and support persecuted Christians in various parts of the world; he expressed his closeness to the people of Mexico for the disappearance of a group of students who have allegedly been killed by drug traffickers; and he recalled the 30th anniversary of the peace treaty between Argentina and Chile invoking dialogue and peacemaking for all peoples locked in conflict.

142 students graduate from the Pastoral Formation Institute

  • Nhar it-Tlieta 11 ta’ Novembru 2014, l-Isqof Charles J. Scicluna mexxa iċ-ċerimonja annwali ta’ gradwazzjoni tal-Istitut ta’ Formazzjoni Pastorali fis-Seminarju, tal-Virtù. Matul din iċ-ċerimonja iggradwaw 142 persuna li, matul l-aħħar sena akkademika, temmew b’suċċess wieħed mit-13-il kors differenti li offra l-Istitut flimkien ma’ entitajiet ohra fil-Knisja. Pope at Santa Marta: Unprofitable servants

Pope at Santa Marta: Scandal, forgiveness and faith
