The Archbishop visits the P.B.S. Creativity Hub in Guardamangia

  • On Wednesday 6th May 2015, Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna visited the P.B.S. Creativity Hub in Guardamangia. The Archbishop had the opportunity to meet with the Board of Directors, management and staff of P.B.S. He was also interviewed by radio presenter Enzo Guzman on Radju Malta.

Appointment of Judicial Vicar

    • Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna has appointed Mgr Carmelo Zammit as Judicial Vicar. He will succeed Mons. Arthur Said Pullicino, who has submitted his resignation on reaching the age of eighty.

      Mons. Carmelo Zammit was born in Gudja, on the 19th December 1949, and was ordained to the priesthood on the 20th July 1974.

Presentation of the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy

    • This morning in the Holy See Press Office, Archbishop Salvatore Fisichella, president of the Pontifical Council for Promoting New Evangelisation, and Msgr. Graham Bell presented the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy (8 December 2015 to 20 November 2016). Pope visits the Roman parish of Santa Maria Regina Pacis

  • Yesterday afternoon Pope Francis visited another parish in his diocese – Santa Maria Regina Pacis at the Ostia Lido.
