Huwa rċieva l-edukazzjoni primarja f’Birkirkara, u l-edukazzjoni sekondarja fil-Higher Secondary, in-Naxxar. Fl-1990 beda l-istudji tiegħu f’Ruma u ġie ordnat saċerdot fit-18 ta’ Ottubru 1996. Dun Charles beda l-ħidma pastorali tiegħu f’Malta, u fl-1999 beda jservi fl-Arċidjoċesi ta’ Catania, Sqallija, fejn ħadem f’diversi parroċċi…

The challenges facing the Church in Puerto Rico were under the spotlight in the Vatican on Monday as Pope Francis met with the bishops of the Caribbean archipelago.
