During the most important week for the Catholic Church, the Archdiocese of Malta urges all Christians to search for Christ in those who are suffering.
Throughout this week, we are encouraged to actively participate in the services organised in our churches that start with the celebration of Palm Sunday and the Passion of Our Lord, and reach their peak on Easter Sunday.
Holy Week is an opportunity to reflect on the grace of salvation redeemed for us by Our Lord Jesus Christ with his passion, death and resurrection. Above all, we are called to put this grace in action with people who are in difficulty. the sick, the bereaved, and those who cannot carry the cross alone or who have given up.
The Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna invites us to commemorate these holy days with him at St John’s Co-Cathedral. Click here for more details.
