Gospel: Mark 16:15-20

In those days, Jesus said to the Eleven, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation. He who believes and is baptised will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

‘A living saint’: Parishioners in Tal-Ibraġ remember Dun Victor Grech

Following the passing of Monsignor Victor Grech, tributes have poured in, with many describing him as a holy man who was always there for everyone.

Newsbook Malta visited the parish of Tal-Ibraġ, where Monsignor Grech served for many years, speaking to parishioners who shared their cherished memories of him. In their words, he was truly “a living saint.”
