F’perjodu ta’ għaxar ġimgħat, il-poplu Malti u Għawdxi ġabar is-somma ta’ €228,581.98b’risq il-persuni fi tbatija kbira f’Gaża. Din il-kampanja ta’ ġbir ta’ fondi ġiet ikkoordinata minn Caritas Malta fuq talba tal-Isqfijiet ta’ Malta u Għawdex.

Id-donazzjonijet ingħataw mill-parroċċi, komunitajiet reliġjużi, individwi f’Malta u Għawdex, kumpaniji u entitajiet oħra privati.

Il-flus miġbura għaddew lil Caritas Internationalis. Sa mill-2023, Caritas Internationalis, flimkien mal-kollaboraturi tagħha, għenet aktar minn 1.7 miljun persuna f’Gaża permezz ta’ ikel, kenn u djar dinjitużi, ilma, sanità u iġene, għajnuna finanzjarja, u appoġġ psikosoċjali… Read more »
