AKM Seminar: 95 Years of Catholic Action in Malta

On Saturday 22nd February, a half-day seminar was organised for individuals holding various leadership positions in the different branches and groups of the Maltese Catholic Action. Nearly 50 people participated in this seminar, ranging in age from 20 to over 70 years old. Organised moments like these help participants not only to get to know each other better, but also to continue expressing the positives, discussing the challenges they face in their mission, and providing mutual support… Read more »

Mediterranean pilgrimage aboard a school ship – new Vatican project

The Vatican has presented a new project: “MED25 – Bella Esperanza”. Starting on March 1, a school ship will make an 8-month pilgrimage in which 200 young people between the ages of twenty and thirty will take part. A journey in search of peace that takes on significance in times of confrontation and division in the world.

‘Slight improvement’ in Pope’s condition

The Holy See Press Office provides an update on the Pope’s health: no new episodes of asthma-like respiratory distress; a slight reduction in oxygen flow and levels; and improved test results. His mild kidney insufficiency is not a cause for concern. Pope Francis has resumed work and, in the evening, called the parish in Gaza.
