St Paul’s Missionary College students support Rome’s homeless

During the November mid-term holidays, a group of fifth-year secondary students from St Paul’s Missionary College, accompanied by MSSP priests, worked voluntarily for five days in Rome with the homeless communities.

Through this initiative, students from St Paul’s Missionary College together with students from the Archbishop’s minor Seminary had the opportunity to live the message of the Gospel, “as you did at least among my brothers, you did with me” (Matthew 25:40)… Read more »

Special blessing mass for expectant mothers and new families

A special mass is celebrated every four months at St. Anne’s Parish Church in Marsaskala for couples expecting a child. This mass offers a moment of prayer for blessings upon the mother and baby, seeking the intercession of St. Anne, the protector of mothers and unborn children.

Archbishop establishes new Vicariate for Pastoral Coordination

Archbishop Charles Scicluna has announced the creation of an Episcopal Vicariate for Pastoral Coordination, aimed at ensuring the Church’s vision and priorities are effectively implemented.

Fr Andrè Zaffarese, 41, has been appointed to this role following last month’s Bishops’ Synod, where Pope Francis emphasised the significance of synodality in the Church’s mission and community life.
