Il-proċess tad-dħul fl-iskejjel tal-Knisja f’Malta jiddetermina d-dħul fl-ewwel u t-tieni sena kindergarten, fl-ewwel sena primarja u fl-ewwel sena sekondarja. F’dan il-proċess ser isir ukoll dħul ta’ subien fit-tielet sena u s-sitt sena primarja.
Id-dħul fl-iskejjel tal-Knisja huwa marbut mas-sena tat-twelid. Applikazzjonijiet għad-dħul fil-livelli differenti għandhom isiru skont kif spjegat hawn taħt.

ADMISSION FOR THE SCHOLASTIC YEAR 2014 – 2015
The process of Church Schools Entry in Malta determines the admission of children at Kindergarten 1 and 2, at Year 1 Primary and at Form 1. This year the process will also be including the admission of boys at Year 3 and Year 6 Primary.
Church Schools Entry is linked to the year of birth. Application for entry at the different levels proceeds according to the instructions given in the Regulations listed hereunder.

Detailed information is found in the Regulations for Admissions into Church Schools, Malta.
These Regulations can be obtained either from Church Schools or by accessing this page.
1. APPLICATIONS – FIRST CRITERIA:
Church Homes / Siblings / Employees / Transfers / Schools without Continuity
Declaration from respective school 18/19/20 November 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00
Applications to be filled at: St Elias, St Joseph Paola, St Michael’s or at the Archbishop’s Seminary on 25/26/27 November 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Applicants whose surname starts with a letter from A-G are to apply on the first day;
Applicants whose surname starts with a letter from H-Z are to apply on the second day;
Other day is available for all applicants.
2. APPLICATIONS – GRAVE HUMANITARIAN CASES:
2.1 Grave Humanitarian Cases – First Criteria:

3. APPLICATIONS – THIRD CRITERIA: OTHER APPLICANTS
Applications will be filled between 9:00 a.m. and 12.00 on the days and in one of the schools shown hereunder.
Applicants whose surname starts with a letter from A-G are to apply on the first day;
Applicants whose surname starts with a letter from H-Z are to apply on the second day;
Other day is available for all applicants.
Kindergarten 1: Born in the year 2011. Monday and Tuesday 17-18 and Monday 24 February

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
1. Documents to be presented on application:
a. Catholics: to present the Baptism Certificate (original, not a photocopy). b. Birth Certificate from the Public Registry (original, not a photocopy). ċ. ID Card of the mother and/or father. d. 1 passport-size photo of the applicant. e. Separated parents: most recent document that defines the custody of the children. f. Applicants from Church Homes: a declaration on the appropriate form signed by the Director of the Home to be made on the same day of the application. The preferred choice of school is also to be indicated. ġ. Siblings: - The Birth Certificate from the Public Registry of the other sibling/s already attending a Church School (original);
- A photocopy of the identity cards of both parents; and
iii. A declaration on the appropriate form filled in and signed by the Head of School where the other sibling attends. This declaration is to be collected from the school on Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th November 2013 between 9:00 and noon.
g. If applying according to the Criterion for Employees, transfers or a Primary-Only Church School: a declaration on the appropriate form, filled in and signed by the Head of School. This declaration is to be collected from the school on Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th November 2013 between 9:00 and noon. għ. If applying according to the Criterion Grave Humanitarian Cases: Written explanation about Case in question, relevant certificates, these to include that of the statementing moderating panel and lEP.
2. Fee on Application: €14. This will help cover administrative costs.
